Prior to founding Jadeways, I was in a Senior Sales & Marketing role in the Automotive Industry for more than a decade. In this role I was responsible for the traditional above and below the line strategy for an International Automotive Group with 26 automotive brands in its portfolio including Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi and volume brands, such as Toyota. In addition, I spear-headed some really exciting marketing and sales integrated digital transformation projects, such as Point of Sale & CRM Systems roll-out and utilization, the set-up of virtual sales departments, online vehicle search engines and national lead management call centers. It is this mix of brand & retail marketing, in a fast moving highly competitive environment, that shapes my approach to small business marketing.
